Drew S. Miller is the CEO and Principal Broker of At Peace Realty, where he strives to run business like a ministry — leading with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to love and value people well. A graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in English & Theatre Education, Drew’s professional journey includes experience in the mortgage, legal, and real estate industries. Before becoming an active Agent in 2017, he worked in mortgage operations, deed preparation, REO closings, and mortgage processing leadership, gaining a broad understanding of the homeownership process from multiple perspectives.

What began as a personal mission to serve others through real estate eventually became the vision for At Peace Realty — an organization built around peace, relationships, generosity, and going beyond the transaction. Drew believes buying or selling a home should feel personal, supported, and meaningful. Alongside his wife, Pauli, Drew has intentionally built both life and business around serving others, blessing people, and supporting the community.

His background includes pastoral leadership, children’s ministry, acting, writing, and directing theatre — experiences that shaped his heart for encouragement and helping people feel seen and valued. Drew is also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido — though he’ll quickly tell you not to ask him to do a split these days. Drew and Pauli enjoy traveling and investing in time with their children, Hope, Anah, and Jude.

Pauli Miller is the Chief Operations Officer for At Peace Realty. She has a heart for serving others with kindness and loyalty, which naturally shapes the way she cares for clients and relationships. Before entering real estate in 2022, Pauli spent more than 15 years working as a paralegal, where she was described as innately conscientious — her attention to detail as impressive as her tenacity. She is deeply professional and shows a steady commitment to helping people through important life matters.

Since joining Drew in real estate, the two have worked side by side to grow the business, helping multiply its reach while building meaningful relationships along the way. Pauli is known for her giving heart, warm spirit, and ability to make others feel welcomed and valued. She believes real estate is about more than buying or selling homes — it is about the people and the land, encouragement, and walking alongside others during meaningful seasons of life.

Beyond real estate, Pauli enjoys writing and once self-published a poetry book titled Access to Heaven’s Perspective, reflecting her heart for faith, reflection, and inspiration. She treasures quiet moments spent in Scripture, journaling thoughts, encouraging others, and creating spaces where people feel invited and at peace. Pauli also enjoys gardening, boating, and traveling alongside her husband, Drew. Together, they cherish time with their children, Hope, Anah, and Jude.

Chris Whicker is the Business Development Officer for At Peace Realty. He brings nearly 50 years of powerhouse real estate experience, business development expertise, and dedicated community leadership to At Peace Realty, LLC. Chris launched his career straight out of college, founding Coldwell Banker Whicker Realty, Inc. and Whicker Construction, Inc. in Colonial Beach, Virginia, in 1977.

His career has since taken him nationwide, helping real estate firms scale through strategic planning, agent retention, and growth. A true servant leader, Chris had the distinct honor of serving as the Mayor of Colonial Beach during the 1980s. Today, his mission is holistic: combining his diversified background in business building, health advocacy, and real estate coaching to help clients and agents alike achieve optimum financial and personal wellness.

Guided by the philosophy to “Live Life Full,” Chris is deeply committed to paying it forward, exceeding expectations, and delivering an unmatched level of service. When he isn’t coaching or serving clients, Chris is devoted to his family — his wife, Jodi, their four adult children, nine grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Dexter Gatlin is the Senior Executive Assistant for At Peace Realty and a licensed Agent as well. He is dedicated to helping Buyers, Sellers, and Investors achieve their goals throughout the Hampton Roads region. With a background in mortgage and banking, Dexter brings valuable industry knowledge, professionalism, and a heart for serving people well. His experience has equipped him with a strong understanding of the financial side of homeownership while reinforcing the importance of trust, communication, and personalized care.

Known for his client-first mindset, Dexter combines strong customer service skills with market knowledge to help make real estate transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most important decisions and believes clients deserve guidance, honesty, and advocacy every step of the way. Whether helping first-time Buyers, seasoned Sellers, or those exploring investment opportunities, Dexter is passionate about educating clients, maintaining clear communication, and protecting their best interests from contract to close.

He desires to help people build wealth, preserve equity, and experience a first-class level of service throughout the process. At the heart of Dexter’s work is a sincere desire to serve others with integrity and care while helping clients move confidently toward their goals. His favorite Bible verse is John 6:35.

Linda Salzman is an Agent with At Peace Realty and has been licensed for more than 20 years. She has had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate one of life’s most important decisions: finding a home. As a real estate professional, Linda proudly serves buyers, sellers, investors, and renters throughout the Hampton Roads, VA region.

Linda believes a home is much more than four walls and a roof — it is where memories are made, families grow, and new chapters begin.
